Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• EPA 608 and HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Ability to safely operate ladders and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Respond to facility work orders and diagnose issues.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify compliance concerns.
