Qualifications

• Experience performing routine inspections and basic repairs on building components.
• Ability to patch drywall and perform light carpentry.
• Experience with electrical maintenance basics and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture.
• Repair and patch drywall, paint surfaces, replace ceiling tiles, and fix minor carpentry issues.
• Replace light bulbs, fuses, switches, and perform basic electrical maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, supply areas, and workshop.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from different departments.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Monitor building systems and report issues to the supervisor.
