LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. is hiring a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Specialist in Marietta, GA.

You will help keep our facilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment clean, safe, and ready for daily operations while managing supplies for blood drives and events. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work with the facilities team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate floor care machines and electronic maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read safety and maintenance documents and manuals.
• Interact professionally with customers, internal and external.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and clean facilities and grounds daily, use floor care equipment safely, and handle cleaning chemicals and biohazard disposal.
• Check building systems on schedule, report issues, and suggest repairs.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles and keep logs up to date.
• Coordinate vendor, cleaning, and landscaping services and verify work and invoices.
• Order, receive, issue, and inventory supplies for blood drives and events.
• Respond to security alarms and emergencies and complete projects with the facilities team.
