• High school diploma or GED, valid driver''s license, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to use various floor care machines and other electronic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Interact professionally with all customers, external and internal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and clean facilities and grounds daily, use floor care equipment safely, and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and disposal of biohazard materials.
• Check building systems and equipment on schedule, report issues, and recommend repairs or maintenance to your supervisor.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain company vehicles and keep vehicle logs accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate vendor, cleaning, and landscaping services, verify completed work, and check billing for accuracy.
• Order, receive, issue, and expense supplies, complete weekly or monthly inventory counts, and prepare supplies for blood drives and events.
• Respond to security alarms and facility emergencies as needed, prioritize daily work, and complete assigned projects in coordination with the facilities team.
