Job summary

Acero Precision, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and condition of our CNC machining floor and adjacent facility spaces.

This role also supports general building maintenance and improvement projects on-site. You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work and basic HVAC tasks, operate hand and power tools, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, construction, carpentry, or a related trade
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, framing, drywall installation/repair, painting, caulking, trim work, and general construction repairs
• Maintain and clean the CNC machining and production floor, including machines, equipment, floors, work areas, and surrounding spaces
• Remove chips, debris, dust, and other production materials to keep the manufacturing environment clean and organized
• Maintain workstations, storage areas, maintenance areas, and common spaces
• Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including walls, ceilings, doors, flooring, and other building components
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and facility improvement projects
• Install and repair shelving, workstations, partitions, and other facility structures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
