Job summary

Acero Precision located in West Chester, PA, is hiring a CNC Setup & Production Machinist to operate Mazak and multi-axis equipment. The role requires setting up machines, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and performing inspections to ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

You will work in a quality-focused ISO-regulated environment with opportunities for overtime and location-based shift differentials. Training on advanced CNC technologies is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machining
• Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation
• Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
• Understanding feeds, speeds, tooling, work offsets, and machining fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

We are hiring a skilled CNC Setup & Production Machinist with experience operating and setting up Mazak and multi-axis CNC machining equipment. You will produce highly precise medical device components used in life-changing applications while working in a quality-focused, ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.

Equipment You'll Work With

Experience with Mazak, Mazatrol, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar equipment is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Setup and operate Mazak and multi-axis CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
• Select and install appropriate tooling
