Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a hands-on Handyman to maintain and improve our restaurant properties. You will handle routine repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality across the site.

In this role you will address maintenance requests promptly, inspect facilities, and collaborate with contractors on larger projects while keeping meticulous records of work and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely
• Certification in a relevant trade or completion of a vocational training program related to handyman services

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
