You will respond to maintenance requests, inspect facilities, collaborate with contractors on larger projects, and keep accurate records of work performed. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as handyman or maintenance technician.
• Proficient in drywall, carpentry and cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
