Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines and building systems run smoothly.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters per checklists.
• Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall and other building parts.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical work not requiring license.
• Assist Campus Safety with fire alarm calls when necessary.
• Submit work requests for non-urgent maintenance; perform basic energy management checks.
