Job summary

Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain Scentsy-owned buildings, properties, and equipment through routine and special maintenance projects.

You will perform tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general upkeep, while ensuring safety standards and keeping detailed work orders for traceability. This role supports office moves and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic office furniture assembly and repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work areas and grounds, including spill cleanup and trash removal.
• Troubleshoot and repair buildings, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Support HVAC, fire, and safety systems maintenance.
• Assist with grounds maintenance including snow removal.
• Construct and repair office furniture and fixtures.
• Coordinate equipment layouts, moves, and maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and track work orders.
