Responsibilities

• Receive training from current engineers in proper job safety and repair procedures.
• Observe engineers while they perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Contribute to energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures for repetitive tasks.
