Chick-fil-A Supply in Hutchins, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance of the DC building envelope and equipment. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Lead on the shift, with a four-day schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Starting pay is $40.87 per hour, based on experience. The position includes comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, PTO, health options, 401K with match, and on-call shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years maintenance in food manufacturing or distribution.
• Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Willingness to be on-call and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of building envelope and equipment.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer specs and warranty terms.
• Escalate issues not resolved promptly.
• Operate and enter data into CMMS/financial systems.
• Support off-shift critical work and emergency repairs as needed.
