Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Facilities Support in Yorba Linda, CA for a 12-month, full-time contract. The role requires performing routine and reactive maintenance on facilities and some equipment, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Work is conducted under the 4/10 M-Th schedule and on-site at Yorba Linda. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, plus basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years experience.
• Proven ability to perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage contracted work.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative & reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
• Limited preventative & reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Routine inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
• Coordination with vendors on contracted work.
• Basic carpentry and maintenance of facility structure.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, walls & floors; use ladders and lifts.
• Maintain proficiency in MS Office and health & safety regulations.
