Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine building maintenance across offices and lab spaces, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks.
The role supports site operations, coordinates with vendors, handles furniture moves, and ensures safety/compliance in a regulated environment. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with at least 2 years of facilities experience.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
All job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee. Other Job may require after-hours response to emergency issues. Periodically scheduled on-call may require after-hours response for technical emergencies not explicitly related to assigned job responsibilities. At times may be required to work weekends/holidays.
Monday-Friday 12AM-8:30AM
