Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building infrastructure).
• Troubleshoot and repair facility-related equipment to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and support building repairs, installations, and facility improvement projects.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and monitor equipment performance.
