We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians for 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm).

Responsibilities

1. Support production: Maintain facilities, HVAC, electrical, water, grounds, and overall building.
2. Perform maintenance tasks: Preventative inspections, repairs, work organization, spare parts tracking, emergency responses, documentation, and predictive maintenance.

Job Description

Safety

• Follow all safety policies, PPE use, lockout/tagout, and proper equipment handling.
• Maintain 5S organization in work areas daily.

Quality, Cost, Delivery

• Support meeting overtime and budget goals.
• Participate in cost reduction activities.
• Perform PM inspections and repairs on equipment like HVAC, boilers, chillers, lighting, electrical systems, doors, and kitchen equipment.
• Support other departments and projects as needed.

Management

• Coordinate support activities and verify spare parts availability.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and operations.
• Support environmental and safety regulations.
• Engage with contractors and other external support for projects.
