Job summary

Anovaeon, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility systems, buildings, residential units, and grounds within a federally contracted ICE Residential Facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness of all spaces across a 24/7 residential environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic skills in HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training or certification in maintenance preferred.
1–3 years of general maintenance or facilities support experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repair techniques.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, fixtures, flooring and structural components.
Assist with preventive maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, residential units, and common areas.
Respond to maintenance work orders and support timely resolution of repairs.
Maintain fire safety systems, emergency lighting, backup power systems, and related infrastructure.
