Job summary

You will perform general maintenance and repairs on facility systems, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness of residential spaces, common areas, and grounds.

The role supports a 24/7 residential environment, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or certification in maintenance preferred.
• 1–3 years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, doors, and fixtures.
• Inspect buildings, residential units, and common areas; assist with preventive maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and support timely repair resolution.
• Maintain fire safety systems, emergency lighting, and backup power infrastructure.
