Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedules, oversees and may assist assigned contractors ensuring safety, quality and cleanliness of work performed.
• Performs building repairs including drywall, paint, ceiling tile and grid, carpet and tile flooring, doors and hardware.
• Performs plumbing repairs including faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets, drains and valves.
• Performs exterior repairs including irrigation, signs, fence, roof and metal siding.
• Performs daily site inspections of facilities and equipment for proper operation.
• Performs preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
