Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations, with hands-on duties ranging from PMs on forklifts and equipment to basic electrical, plumbing, welding, and mechanical repairs. You will troubleshoot issues and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace in a large industrial environment.

The role offers steady Monday–Friday hours in Findlay, OH, with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in electrical, welding, plumbing, equipment repair, or general maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on forklifts and facility equipment
• Repair and maintain dock doors and dock locks
• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, welding, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine effective solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
