Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of work on campus structures and systems.
• Interacts professionally with students, chefs, faculty, staff, outside vendors and campus guests.
• Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacements on all systems as required.
• Coordinates and minimizes disruption to classes and other campus activities.
• Responds to work orders and documents progress.
