- Flexibility to participate in rotating weekend coverage and respond to occasional after-hours or emergency service needs.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is a true hands-on problem solver. You don’t need to be an expert in every trade, but you should be comfortable assessing an issue, troubleshooting the cause, and determining the best path forward.
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Take ownership of your work and follow projects through to completion.
- Can clearly explain what you have personally diagnosed, repaired, installed, or maintained.
- Have especially strong experience with plumbing and general facilities maintenance.
- Enjoy troubleshooting unfamiliar equipment and learning new systems.

- Take pride in maintaining clean, professional, well-kept properties.
- Can shift priorities when an unexpected maintenance issue arises.
- Value reliability, teamwork, accountability, and quality workmanship.
- This position offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM standard schedule, with overtime opportunities and rotating after-hours/weekend coverage when needed.
