Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven maintenance experience including mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Physical capability for manual labor (lifting, climbing, confined spaces).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment and building systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments and replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues and execute timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, parts used and time spent.
• Collaborate with team members and management to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance procedures.
• Assist in installation and setup of new equipment as required.
