Facilities Maintenance Technician

Full-Time

On-Site 1st Shift

Do you enjoy a role where no two days are the same-and your work keeps things running smoothly? We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and take ownership of maintaining, repairing, and improving our facility's infrastructure, equipment, and grounds.

This role blends hands-on building maintenance and systems troubleshooting with light administrative responsibilities to support overall facilities and security operations. If you're a multi-skilled tradesperson with a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Perform routine repairs on plumbing fixtures, valves, HVAC systems (rooftop units, Leiberts, exhaust fans), and facility infrastructure

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct minor carpentry, drywall patching, and painting projects

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect the building and grounds regularly to identify issues and recommend repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Work from blueprints, work orders, or rough sketches to execute maintenance and repair tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring work meets specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Support manufacturing and process engineering teams with facility-related installations and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and maintain facility systems including the Building Maintenance System (BMS), security cameras, and access control

  
  


• 
  

  Create and manage work orders within the facility's ticketing system

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the Director of Facilities and Security with administrative duties such as managing vendor invoices, supply orders, and purchase requisitions

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support for remodeling and construction projects, as needed

  
  

What You Bring:

  3+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

  Familiarity with computers and maintenance software systems

  Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
