Position Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This position serves as the primary contact for external service providers, ensures compliance with OSHA and local building regulations, and supports capital improvement projects as needed. The role involves routine facility inspections, maintaining service records, coordinating complex repairs with vendors, and ensuring adherence to internal safety protocols.
