Essential Job Functions and Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
• Conduct preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment
• Troubleshoot common equipment and facility issues
• Assist with installation and setup of machinery and facility upgrades
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify repair needs
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Intermediate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule / Travel/Additional Requirements

• Normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
• This position will work 7AM – 3:30PM Monday – Friday
• overtime may be required depending on project needs
• Travel may be required between facilities
• Post Offer Background check required

• Must be able to grip and operate hand tools with a minimum of 50 in/lbs. of force
• Must be able to grip fine contacts and wires with one hand and operate crimping tool with the other hand
• Must be able to see fine components and have manual dexterity to properly place and solder these components.
• Safety Glasses must be worn at all times when in certain production areas.
• Enclosed non-skid shoes must be worn at all times when in the production areas.
• Other PPE, such as goggles, welding hoods, gloves, fall protection must be worn where required as needed
