Variosystems LLC in Southlake, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of the facility. The role includes routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and general support to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn facility maintenance.
• Valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; CMMS/ADP experience a plus.
• Must read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and repairs.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain production, warehouse, dock, and common areas.
• Assist with furniture moves, event setup/teardown, and facility projects.
• Escort vendors and coordinate contractors on site.
• Restock breakrooms and facility supplies as needed.
• Make local deliveries and pickups in the DFW area using a company vehicle.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and complete work orders.
• Support weather-related facility preparations and other maintenance needs.

Position Overview

The Facilities Technician supports the daily maintenance, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility. This role performs routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs, facility inspections, and general support to help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and repairs.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and inspections on facility and operational equipment.
