$24/hr + Dependent on Experience
Support the credit union's vision of being the community's most loved financial institution, and its mission to make people's financial dreams come true. Contribute to a world class experience for all members and staff, by building rapport, determining needs, and offering creative solutions to best serve their needs. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity and represent the credit union's core values in all interactions.
Ensures the credit union facilities and grounds are maintained in excellent condition and provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members and staff.
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
(1) A two-year college degree, OR (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, OR (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, OR (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
(4) Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance, for example, painting, simple plumbing and carpentry. Must have a valid driver's license.
Regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must be able to climb stairs and use a ladder.
