NorthCountry Federal Credit Union is looking for a hands‑on, dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and taking pride in keeping buildings safe, welcoming, and well cared for. In this role, your work will directly support the experience of our members, employees, and communities by helping ensure our branches and work spaces are clean, functional, comfortable, and ready for the day.

As part of our Facilities team, you will help maintain NorthCountry’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and work spaces. You’ll complete a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, respond to facilities requests, support vendor coordination, and help create a positive first impression for everyone who visits or works in our locations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes hands‑on work, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping spaces safe, organized, and looking their best. The right person will be reliable, practical, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This position requires hands‑on facilities work, including the ability to regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. The role also requires climbing stairs, using ladders, and performing physical tasks associated with building maintenance and repair.
