Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. You will troubleshoot systems and carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks to keep operations safe and reliable.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, and may hold vocational certifications. A valid driver's license is required with at least three years of driving history.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimum three years driving history.
• Two years’ work experience in related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all facility – troubleshooting related equipment and systems; make repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Performs moderate to complex electrical repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex plumbing repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex general carpentry.
• Performs general painting including spackling, hole repair, and dry wall replacement.
• Assists with trash pickup and removal of the interior and exterior of the facility.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
