Job summary

ABM is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in North Chicago, IL. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems to keep the building and equipment operating efficiently. The role requires troubleshooting, safety awareness, and collaboration with the team.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm, with pay at $24.28 per hour. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and supports veterans and military experience.

Job description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role includes troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems within the facility. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

Shift : M-F 6;30am-3:00pm

Pay: $24.28 per hour.
