Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is hiring a facilities Maintenance Technician in North Charleston, SC. The role focuses on regular and preventive maintenance of facilities, reporting needs promptly, and keeping equipment in good order.

The position requires a valid driver's license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience, plus 1 year of maintenance experience. This is an on-site role within Sunrise Community facilities.

Qualifications

• Must complete pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in general maintenance/work on facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance to facilities as assigned.
• Reports equipment needs and repairs to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
