Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to perform regular and preventative maintenance on our facilities in Des Moines. The role requires a valid driver's license, 3 years of driving experience, and a background in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
