A community service provider is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker in New York City. You'll be responsible for cleaning common areas, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining facilities. Ideal candidates have maintenance experience and can lift up to 100 lbs. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Salary is budgeted between $25.35 - $27.99 hourly, alongside benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility common areas and apartments.
• Clean bathrooms and other common areas as required.
• Assist with deliveries and move furniture when necessary.
• Setup and cleanup for special events.
• Paint as needed.
