Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall visual appearance and cleanliness of the facility, inside and outside.
• Perform routine custodial and general maintenance tasks throughout the building.
• Keep common areas, workspaces, entrances, restrooms, and exterior grounds clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support facility improvement projects, including basic repairs, organization, setup, and cleanup.
• Assist with moving, arranging, or assembling facility-related items as needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and customers.
• Perform other facility support duties as assigned.
