Job summary

The Griff Network is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, safety, and functionality across Fallsington campuses. You will handle interior/exterior building work, basic electrical/plumbing tasks, and general repairs to keep facilities safe, clean, and operational.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of maintenance experience, hands-on trade skills, and a self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel between local Fallsington facilities throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Repair drywall, replace ceiling tiles, and complete painting projects.
• Address general wear and tear across facility locations.
• Lighting & Minor Electrical: replace light bulbs and ballasts; basic electrical repairs.
• General Repairs: repair doors, locks, office furniture, and building hardware.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Safety & Compliance: conduct regular facility inspections and address hazards.
• Grounds & Exterior Support: assist with entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds.
• Work Order Management: review priorities with Maintenance Manager and track progress.
• Vendor Coordination: assist contractors and provide facility access as needed.
