Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic maintenance knowledge and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs general building and grounds maintenance work.
• Maintains all equipment used to perform work.
• Drives truck to haul trash.
• Assists in setting up stages and equipment for ceremonies and activities.
• Paints walls and fixtures; moves chairs and tables for events.
• May perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Assists in maintaining air-conditioners and heating systems.
• Cleans and washes air-conditioner filters on a weekly basis.
• Performs carpentry and masonry work as needed.
• Maintains good communication between staff, visitors, and contacts.
• Follows telephone courtesy rules in all communications.
