Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Junction City, KS is seeking an energetic Maintenance professional to support the upkeep of our buildings and grounds on a full-time basis, ensuring reliable operations for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, drywall, and concrete/masonry tasks to keep facilities safe and presentable, with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess appropriate verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on the company’s buildings and properties.
• Responsible for plumbing, including cutting copper pipes, soldering, installing faucets, and related fixtures.
• Responsible for carpentry, including removing/installing cabinets, countertops, trim, and using power tools.
• Responsible for electrical work, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and breakers.
• Responsible for drywall work: cutting, hanging, taping, sanding, and finishing joints.
• Responsible for concrete/masonry tasks: forming, laying, and finishing concrete or brickwork.
• Perform landscaping, lawn and shrub care and maintenance.
