Job summary

New Communities Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace to help provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents.

You will perform routine general maintenance tasks and maintain the facility grounds, coordinating vendor projects as needed. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance or related experience, be 18+, and hold a valid driver\'s license.

The Facilities Maintenance role

As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility grounds and coordinating vendor projects.
