Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, mechanical, or related experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Experience with equipment repair, preventive maintenance, or building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, and facility components.
• Maintain warehouse racking and coordinate specialized repairs when needed.
• Assist with facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
• Support HVAC, refrigeration, fire suppression, and other building systems.
• Operate warehouse cleaning equipment and maintain facility cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues.
• Order parts and supplies needed for maintenance projects.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, snow removal, and ice control.
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to maintain food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, mechanical, or related experience
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Experience with equipment repair, preventive maintenance, or building systems

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting throughout the day
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas
