Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and facility operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, conveyor systems, sanitation tools, and general building equipment. Technicians will work independently based on experience and licensing, ensuring optimal facility function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on warehouse systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix dock doors, dock plates, HVAC, plumbing, and material handling tools
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand and power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
• Log maintenance tasks and issues in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
• Maintain a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail on all tasks

Schedule Options:
2nd Shift: SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday | 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday | 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
Shift differential of $2.55/hour applies for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:

• 12 years of experience in a facilities or warehouse maintenance role
• Must supply own tools (tool list provided)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive overhead and manual work
• Comfortable working in environments ranging from 0°F to 90°F
• Ability to interpret safety labels and hazard signs
• High manual dexterity, balance, and coordination
• Strong mental focus for safety and operational accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, or fabrication
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and maintenance safety procedures
• Experience using CMMS or related tracking systems
