• Experience in facilities, maintenance, hands-on work.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or carpentry work.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests and helpdesk tickets.
• Perform daily walkthroughs and basic repairs.
• Assist with equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Track supplies and support inventory needs.
• Help with setups for meetings and company events.

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our building, equipment, and workspaces running smoothly. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, support facility operations, and help create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our team.
