Aerotek seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a healthcare facility in Golden, CO. This on-site role focuses on keeping building systems running, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for staff and patients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or general maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems and troubleshooting, electrical wiring, switches, relays, and circuits, general building repairs.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and air flow systems.
• Install, repair, and test electrical circuits, lighting systems, switches, relays, and related equipment.
• Maintain and respond to fire alarm and signal systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Assist with parts ordering, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.
• Utilize maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility procedures.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a healthcare facility. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
