Jostens is looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician with ample experience in facilities upkeep, including building, equipment, and general systems. The technician works independently or as part of a team to provide maintenance and repairs, covering interior, exterior, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment assembly/disassembly, and HVAC support.

This role requires broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and water systems. Responsibilities include repairing, ordering parts, coordinating with vendors, supporting equipment installation, and training others in preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Two-year Degree or Diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Machinist, Metal Fabrication, or similar from Technical or Trade School preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Tech required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with welding (Mig, Tig, Arc, Oxy-Acetylene), reading mechanical prints, and using measuring devices.
• Experience with machine installation, rigging, hand/power tools, and operating forklifts, aerial, and boom lifts.
• Ability to disassemble machines, repair pumps, cylinders, gearboxes, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure, lift 60 lbs, and work flexible hours including overtime.
