The Center for Youth Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work with the Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations to keep facilities, grounds and equipment in good repair.
Responsibilities include project coordination, responding to emergencies, preventative maintenance planning, inspections for safety and compliance, and safeguarding equipment. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations to ensure that assigned facilities, grounds and equipment are physically maintained. They collaboratively assess facility needs and develops a prioritized maintenance plan.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to project management, contractor co-coordination, assisting with management of facilities, responding to building emergencies, preventative maintenance planning, responding to and resolving Program Manager concerns, community relations, and physical inspections to ensure required compliance monitoring and reporting.
Full time 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday
