Pay: $20–$25/hour
Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

trak group is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a well-capitalized, family-owned real estate group that prides itself on maintaining quality commercial spaces. What You’ll Do:

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance across facilities

• Troubleshoot and address minor maintenance issues (lighting, doors, fixtures, etc.)

• Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Support janitorial needs and maintain the cleanliness of spaces

• Handle basic landscaping, painting, carpentry, and caulking tasks

• Assist with HVAC, plumbing upkeep, and occasional light construction (walls, ceilings)

• Proactively identify and resolve facility concerns
