Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• Must be 17+ years of age.
• Previous janitorial and maintenance experience preferred; welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, overhead door repair and industrial experience helpful.
• Stable employment history.
• Ability to interpret work orders and technical manuals.
• Must follow safety practices and work within time constraints.
• Flexible for night/weekend shifts and a dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance and landscaping.
• Perform light carpentry.
• Welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair.
• Inspect and perform maintenance within the Service Center building.
• General cleaning including sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems.
• Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned within organization needs and safety policies.
