Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop offices, halls, stairways, and service buildings.
• Waxes and buffs floors with mechanical equipment.
• Oil, lubricate, or grease motors in engine rooms, laundry, elevators, vehicles.
• Clean lighting fixtures, replace bulbs, wash windows and walls; move furniture.
• Assist with outside work such as snow shoveling, lawn care, hedges trimming.
• Load and unload trucks; perform minor vehicle maintenance and tire changes.
• Disposal of trash and soiled linens; follow safety regulations.
• Interpret and comply with OSHA and MSDS guidelines for hazardous materials.
