Community Action Organization of Western New York is seeking a Full Time Maintenance/Janitorial staff in Buffalo, NY to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role includes routine cleaning, minor repairs, inventory management, and reporting facility needs to supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and janitorial experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work.

Mansioni

• Maintain sanitary conditions in the facility including classrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Monitor and clean debris outside and around playground as needed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and submit orders timely.
• Receive and store deliveries of supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Assess and report facility needs to supervisor.
