Job summary

FeedMore WNY Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to maintain sanitary facilities across its properties. You will perform general cleaning, disinfect bathrooms and break areas, and ensure surfaces are clean and orderly.

The role requires light maintenance tasks, stock management, and coordination with team members. Applicants must have a valid New York State driver’s license, be able to read and communicate in English, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Must have a valid New York State driver's license and daily access to an automobile.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English to complete work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other general use areas.
• Wipe and dust surfaces and clean mirrors; vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture and window coverings.
• Stock and supply designated facilities areas; empty trash containers.
• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance activities; assist with heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs; maintain supply rooms and report maintenance needs via Fiix.
